Do
I need to register as a member to buy from you?
No. You do not need
to register as a member in order to make a purchase from us. Your
order will still be processed if you wish to remain anonymous. For
non-members, your personal data will not be saved to our database.
Can
I purchase anonymously?
Yes, you may order
from us anonymously. Your order will still be processed. However,
your data cannot be retrieved the next time you order from us and
you may not enjoy the benefits that our members are entitled to.

How
long does it take to process my order?
We
need 3 working days to process your order. If you have chosen Bank
Transfer as your payment mode, your order will be delivered within
3 working days after the amount has been reflected in our account.
Please place your order well in advance to avoid any delay in delivery
of your order.
Can
I cancel my order?
You may cancel your
order within 24 hours after the placement of your order via email
to info@briefshop.com.
Your cancellation will be confirmed either through email or phone.
There will be no charge incurred for cancellation of order.
How
can I check the status of my order?
For members, you will
need to log in and access My Account page. For non-members, you
will need to click on the link that is provided by us that is sent
via email to you in order for you to check the order status.
Can
I make bulk purchase?
Yes. You may make
bulk purchase from us. To qualify, you need to order at least 10
quantities of the the same product. A better rate will be given.
Do
you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we do have a
replacement and exchange policy. Click here
to view it.
Is
the delivery free of charge?
Local delivery charge
is S$3.00. All delivery will be made via registered post. If you
want us to send via normal mail, please specify this request under
delivery instruction when you checkout your cart.
Please note that we
will not be held liable for any lost of package for mail sent via
the normal mail.
Is
the delivery free-of-charge even if the order is large?
No extra charge will
be impose even if the order is large. Alny extra delivery charges
will be absorbed by us.
Do
you deliver to any part in Singapore?
Yes, we do delivery
to any part of Singapore. However, we encourage you to select Bank
Transfer as the payment mode if the delivery is to an industrial
area (E.g. Tuas...).
Do
you deliver to an overseas address?
Yes, we do deliver
to an oversea address. For overseas order, please add S$20 or USD14
to your order.
Do
you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we
do not deliver to PO Boxes for payment mode chosen as Cash On Delivery.
We do deliver to PO Boxes if payment is made by Bank Transfer.
What
are the delivery options?
For delivery, you
may choose the normal mail or via registered mail. By default, all
orders are sent via registered mail. If you do not wish to send
via registered mail, please inform us.
Please note that we
will not be held liable for any lost of package for mail sent via
the normal mail.
How
can I check the status of my delivery?
You can check the
status of your delivery if you have chosen Registered mail as the
delivery option under "My Account" (for members only).
For non-members, you may refer to the link sent via to you in the
order confirmation email.
What
are the payment options available?
For local order, we
accept payment through Cash-on-Delivery and Bank Transfer. Please
note that most banks take 3 working days for inter-bank transfer.
We will only deliver after the amount is reflected in our account.
For overseas order,
you may pay through PayPal.
Do
you accept cheque?
We regret that we
don't accept cheques for payment of your order.
Do
you accept Credit Cards?
We only accept payment
by credit card throught PayPal. You will need to sign up with PayPal
in order to use PayPal for payment.
Is
there a refund if I cancel my order after I've made my payment?
Yes.
There will be a refund for whatever payment you have made.
Where
are your products from?
Our
products are from the US or Canada. You can be assured of the quality
of our product.

Being

Do
I need to pay to sign up as a member?
No, you do not need
to pay to sign up as our member. The membership is provided free-of-charge
to our customers.
Is
there any expiry for the membership?
There isn't an expiry
date for all our membership. You can take your time to make use
of the benefits that we have lined up for you without worrying of
expirying membership.
How
can I be sure that my personal data is safe?
Please be assured
that once you have signed up with us as a member, we will not pass
your personal information to third party or sell your information
to third party. You may wish to read our privacy information here.
Replacement
or Exchange policy We
want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase
from The Brief Shop. If you have received the wrong colour or size,
we will replace them with the correct colour or size, or exchange
them for another design/style. Please take note of the terms below
to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or exchange.
- Item must be returned
to us within 10 days of your receipt of the item.
- Receipt must be
produced together with the orginal packaging.
- We will not replace/exchange
items that have exceeded the 10-day grace period, nor items, which
are soiled, used or damaged by the customer.
*Please note that
we do not refund items that are sold.
